Sarah Foxwell's body was found by Law Enforcement Search Teams in Melson Road/Rum Ridge Road area near the Maryland/Delaware line. This concludes a 3 day search by thousands of people. Please keep her family in your prayers.
It is very sad that Sarah was so viciously brutalized by this sex offender, causing her to die. I am greatly saddened that her aunt who had legal custody of her and who is the ex of this man, was not more diligent in her care of this young child who so badly needed close oversight. She must have known that he was a sex offended and must take some of the blame.
