That's one from Mr. Lincoln I'd not read before. Interesting quote from him, considering he trashed Habeas Corpus during the War Between the States. Some can make the case that secession is not contrary to the Constitution, but that's more of an academic exercise best left alone for now. I like this place Mr. Boda. Different enough so as to be refreshing.
