Democrats (Barney Frank) changed the amendment so that only Senior Officials Convicted will prevent an organization from getting federal funding. Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann attempted to have the legislation include Indicted organizations.
How about none of these organizations getting any federal money. That is where we need to start.
