Agenda: Nominating Candidates for the 2010 elections

Proxies: Central Committee members may designate another member of the Central Committee as agent, granting that agent the power to vote in the Central Committee. Sign and date the statement. Provide it to your agent. The secretary will be unable to attend, so please choose someone else.
